FC Travel™ is a social media platform that is designed to be a safe, respectful, positive community to help football / soccer fans and participants to connect around the globe, both virtually and in-person, and to share information to help with travel arrangements and experiences.
FC Travel™ provides information, promotions, and links to an “Independent Travel Advisor of Fora Travel”. Additional terms and conditions will be agreed to in specific relation to the documentation shared from the associated “Independent Travel Advisor of Fora Travel” for any and all travel related services and purchases, which are separate from the FC Travel™ social media platform and site.
• Any purchases made as a result of reservations for cruises, hotels, or any other travel arrangements shall be bound by the purchase and refund policies of the linked business or organization from which the purchase or reservation has been made, and are not connected with the FC Travel™ social media platform. A separate “Terms & Conditions” agreement form will be provided and agreed to for any and all travel and tour purchases. Arrangements made via the associated “Independent Travel Advisor of Fora Travel” are in no way connected to the FC Travel™ social media platform nor FC Travel, LLC.
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms of Service”) is made by and between FC Travel, LLC, a Colorado corporation, (“FC Travel™”), and you (“you,” “your”, “member”, “user”, “I”, “their”, “campaign owner”, “storefront owner”, “supporting user”, “contributor”, and other phrases that imply identification in a reasonably understood manner). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern user's use of this website, app, and / or platform.
By accessing or attempting to interact with any part of this website, app, and / or platform, or other FC Travel™ services, user agrees that user has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If user does not agree to be bound by this agreement, do not access or use any part of this website, app, and / or platform.
FC Travel™ reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to user, to make changes to this agreement in FC Travel™’s sole discretion. Continued use of any part of this website, app, and / or platform constitutes user's acceptance of such changes. The most current version of this agreement, which supersedes all previous versions, can be reviewed by clicking on the terms of service hyperlink located at the bottom of every page on this website, app, and / or platform.
No implication is made that the materials published on FC Travel™’s website, app, and / or platform are appropriate for use outside of the United States. If user accesses this website, app, and / or platform from outside of the United States, user does so on user’s own initiative and user is responsible for compliance with local laws. Additionally, this website, app, and / or platform is published in English and we are not responsible for errors in translation.
Members must be at least 18 years of age; no one under the age of 18 allowed on the site.
Members agree to make good-faith efforts to abide by the following expectations of site members:
• Assist visiting FC Travel™ club members with information on your community, especially at the pub.
• Help to ensure a positive and safe experience for visiting FC Travel™ club members who are supporters of other clubs and teams.
• Leave competition on the field, and share a pint after a game.
• Demonstrate respect for other members, for other countries and cultures we visit, and for yourself.
• Recognize that equality and diversity are to be celebrated. Just as there are many different types of cranes throughout the world, there are many types of people, all with their own unique beauty.
• Follow the rules of kickoff: Travel plans, pre-game parties, events, festivals, etc., shall begin at their scheduled times unless reasonable circumstances prevent that from occurring (in the event of, reasonable efforts at communicating with other members shall be demonstrated).
• Follow the “No hands” rule: FC Travel™ club members shall not use their hands unless: 1. High five, dap, handshake, or similar greeting or celebration is initiated; 2. Pints and beverages are being cheered or consumed.
Avoid Party Fouls:
• No peer pressure to partake in beverages or attend events.
• No taunting or gloating over another FC Travel™ club member's team or game results - that's just poor form.
Avoid Yellow Cards: More than one warning will result in a red card and removal from the site:
• No cursing in posts, comments, stories, etc.
• No politics or religion: This is a place for social interaction and celebration of sport, community, and travel. No political or religious posts, links, memes, "discussions", etc.
Avoid Red Cards: Immediate dismissal and removal from the site:
• No drugs, no racism, no bias, no discrimination, no hate speech, no doxxing.
• No illegal content, images, discussions, or posts.
• No "pranks" or disturbing others in the community for attention or content.
• No adult content of any nature allowed.
• No external links to other sites allowed.
• No promotion of adult content on other sites allowed.
• No products or services are to be sold on this site.
• No sharing of other member's profile information, data, name, date of birth, location, site history, or travel details without their specific consent.
Recognize that we're ALL the Team Captain:
• Encourage positive social interactions, online and in person.
• Assist other members with information if they are travelling to your community.
• Make the most of situations - Try to find the positive in challenges, to dance in the rain, to adjust your flight (Party Cranes!) to suit changing weather patterns or conditions, to finish the game.
• Be flexible, and HAVE FUN!
• Embody the FC Travel™ club motto spirit of, “Let's Go!”
• If a member deems that another member has violated any of these understandings, that member is encouraged to “flag” or “report” the other member, post, etc., for the site and site owners to be aware of, review, and act upon.
• Members understand that the site and site owners cannot be reasonably expected to be aware of every post, message, or piece of information on the site.
• Members understand that the site and site owners are not connected to nor do they endorse any and all information – in any form – that may be shared on this site by members.
• Members can be removed from the platform at-will as per the site’s decision and discretion, with or without prior notification, and with or without a review or appeal process.
• Member’s information, photographs, blogs, writings, posts, status updates, and any other information posted or shared on the site shall be considered as available for the site to make use of for storage or publication, and any potential monetization – whether incidental, intentional, or associated - of such information shall be considered implied due to voluntary dissemination within the site.
• The site and the owners of the site shall not be considered responsible nor liable for any information posted, disseminated, or shared on the site, or any decisions, actions, choices, or behaviors that individuals may choose to make as a result of information shared upon this site.
• Individual members shall be considered solely and individually responsible for the information they choose to share on the site, as well as any potential ramifications of sharing information on this site of their own freewill.
• Any purchases made as a result of reservations for cruises, hotels, or any other travel arrangements shall be bound by the purchase and refund policies of the linked business or organization from which the purchase or reservation has been made.
• The site and the site’s owners will make reasonable good-faith efforts to assist members in the events of the need for refunds for cruises, hotels, or any other travel arrangements purchased from linked businesses or organizations, with the understanding that the purchase and reservation has been made from that business or organization, and is bound by the regulations, restrictions, and purchase agreements made with that business or organization.
• Any and all materials or content that may be considered illegal may be shared with the appropriate legal authorities.
• Users are 100% liable for any actions or choices they may make while using this site; furthermore, FC Travel™ is unconnected to and does not endorse any activities taken or information and messages shared on this website, app, and / or platform by any user.

• The use of the phrase “FC Travel” is the sole proprietary usage of “FC Travel, LLC” and considered a pending Trademark as well as intellectual property. Privacy Statement:
• We do not collect your information or data, other than what is entered in your sign-in information to create your member profile, and what is posted by you via your various interactions on this site.

• Members are able to delete their member profile at any time, without restriction.
• Member profile information may be saved within the site and server.
• Member usage, messaging, content posted, etc., may be shared with appropriate law enforcement authorities if requested and required by law.

• Includes programs that contain viruses, worms and / or Trojan horses or any other computer code, and / or files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications;
• Amounts to a pyramid or other like scheme, including contests, chain letters, and surveys;
• Disobeys any policy or regulations including any code of conduct or other guidelines, established from time to time regarding use of this website, app, and / or platform, or any networks connected; or,

• These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written between the user and FC Travel™ with respect to FC Travel™’s website, app, and / or platforms.
• A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Any campaign, content, hyperlink, written material, reference, innuendo, suggestive material, product, service, post, photo, or video that promotes and / or supports, whether directly or indirectly, any of the above (in particular any activity, communication, product, and / or service that are illegal) will also be considered in violation of our Terms of Service agreement and requirements and referred to the above.
• FC Travel™ members and users must match and abide by the Terms of Service agreement required of all users of our platforms.
• No content, hyperlinks, written material, references, innuendo, suggestive material, product, service, post, photo, video, chat, or message that is sexual in nature whether suggestive, implicit, or explicit (nor anything that would be reasonably considered as such) will be allowed. Additionally, any users who choose to express such a perspective (either via post, photo, video, hyperlink, etc.) within our website, app, and / or platform will be removed as a user.
• No content, hyperlinks, written material, references, innuendo, suggestive material, product, service, post, photo, or video that is violent or promotes violence, including firearms or weapons that are legal will be allowed within our website, app, and / or platform. Additionally, any users who choose to express such a perspective (either via post, photo, video, hyperlink, etc.) within our platform will be removed as a user.
